horrible customer service. mark shaw is a weasel at best. i was waiting 2 weeks for medication. i called several times and the number i had that supposedly went to mark went to someone else about a week after my visit. talked to a few different people regarding dosage and medication, but i never received anything. finally when i called to cancel everything, lo and behold, mark is available. he tried offering me free months of service but i declined. i dont want to continually give a business my money if i cant get any custom... read more

made appointment and asked questions about testosterone they used. They have Latin word describing it which is not understood by the average person. They said I needed appointment to discuss anything further. After test, they said their testosterone was needed 4 times a month (1 week suspension), not the normal 1 shot suspension 30 day testosterone, or 3 month suspension NEBIDO. They are selling snake oil. Customer service is great initially once they get you to agree to a contract, zero efforts in helping you solve any issues.

They take advantage of desperate men with erectile dysfunction and are Scam artist! They sell unnecessary services and keep you coming back. HRT for low testosterone- your PCP or Urologist can treat that and is covered under most insurance plans. See a Board Certified Urologist instead and save yourself big $$. The Trimix is sold for about $130 with syringes at a local compounding pharmacy, RMMC they will mark it up 4-5 times. I would not recommend RMMC. Their product didn't do anything for me. It even seemed to reduce my sexual performance. I am a 57 years old, active and getting a little lethargic. I was looking for a boost of energy and didn't find it. The experiment was a complete waste of $2100. One tell that they are more interested in taking your money than helping you is that they require it up front. There are, however, some very nice people at the Colorado Springs clinic. When I first visited RMMC in April 2018, I signed up for the penis injections. This medication worked very well as I had a full erection for 2 hours. Then in the May/June 2018 timeframe I requested another 14 day supply and was told that I needed to retrain for another mixture. This was due to the FDA stepping in and altering the medication. As I found out, the new strongest medication was not effective unless you are happy with ~60% firmness. I requested many times for a stronger dosage and finally gave up. Bottom line ... read more

I had really high hopes for the Rocky Mountain men's clinic. Upon Check in everyone was really friendly and the Doctor was nice and informative but then the salesman came in. I felt really pressured to spend thousands of dollars on medications I can get for less than $50 with a GoodRX coupon. I felt like I was trapped with a used car salesman and I became really uncomfortable. I would not recommend making an appointment!
