I have been going to RMMC in Colorado Springs since 2016. Currently getting Low T shots and been working with Mitch Baldner since then. All the staff are friendly and informative. No ones judges! RECOMMEND.

I had a pretty good experience, after the first visit. I ended up sitting in a waiting room for five hours. You can tell they are growing very quickly. I'll be the first to admit the customer services is not great. They just don't seem to be very well organized. I went in seeking testosterone replacement therapy after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan pod cast. I've been doing it now for 8 months and feel great! I wanted to give an update...so like any small Business you experience growing pains and employee issues and I'm sure that's what I ran into since going back they've been nothing but professional and awesome. Checking with me consistently everyone seems concerned and answering my questions anytime I call! They've certainly turned this one! I've often said it's not where do you have an issue with the business that matters it's what the business does about that issue and they've certainly stepped up!

For any male who struggles with virility issues late in life, this is the place. I really can't say enough positive about this place and the people. Don't, don't believe the negative reviews. I was way above difficult. The initial medication proved to be not a fit, and they worked with me diligently for over 3 months trying various medications and mixes until they finally found one that was just right. I first went to RMMC about a year ago. I went to the Denver location for the first visit, but luckily a location in Colorado Springs opened up shortly thereafter. I can't recommend RMMC more highly - it has been a godsend for me. The staff is awesome. I've worked primarily with Thomas who is a real pro, but all the guys are great. At first I was very hesitant to pursue treatment but I'm so glad I did - the office lets you know that you're not suffering alone, it's way more prevalent than anybody thinks. Went to the Colorado Springs clinic. Dr Ted was awesome! I can't say enough good things about the service he and his staff provide. They are very discrete with the take home injections. There is a huge difference in my physical and metal state since starting with T treatment. I seen a loss in aches and pains, I'm happier and more energetic thought out the day. The office is clean and guy themed with ESPN to help pass the wait time while in the exam rooms.
