I signed up for the extended program for the "discount". After about a year the program was not working for me. When I told them I was discontinuing the program, and they reimbursed me at the rate of a short program. Felt deceived. Also, it took them over TWO MONTHS to get my reimbursement. Total BS. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.
Started out good. Lots of communication from their office, while sorta feeling like I was dealing with a used car salesman. A bit too eager for the sale. At first they seemed to care a lot about my health and the Testosterone treatment. After 7 months I Never heard from them again. They got their $2200. Eleven and a half months in and no one has reached out. For a premium price I expected good service. Would not recommend to anyone. Go online and you can get the same testosterone treatment for half the price.
I visited the Castle Rock Rocky Mountain Men's clinic on May 22nd. I ordered ED medication and was told I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Today is 18 days later and I have NOT received my medication. It appears this company over promises and UNDER delivers! Joe T.
Absolutely crooked business. Made it sound magical to get me signed up. A month later when things started to go bad with the test shots, they "forgot" to let me know I needed to donate blood to get my blood thickness down. Same thing following month. Was convinced to transition to peptide which was like shooting up water. Took four months to get a response to cancel only to be told my refund was nearly nothing because the cost of the meds "change". I spent $2100.00 only to have to go to 1780 S Bellaire St to get the pills and shots.three or four at a time . After one year their manager bullied me and refused to give me more shots only pills . Never went back. Do not use this clinic. You can go on line and purchase effective treatments at a fraction of the cost that works very effectively. Pete

It's closer to a used car lot or supplement store than anything clinical. They want you to pay thousands of dollars up front before doing anything (I am good with paying in cash for services, just not before they do anything for me). They hold your lab results until you opt into their "Plan," which is just asking a few thousand dollars up front before knowing what you actually need. They have a salesperson come in after your blood is drawn who is overly pushy and acts like she is trying to make a car sales, then tries to ups... read more

For clarification, we don't hold lab results. Our patients are welcome to them any time. In fact, they are all easily accessible through our patient portal. Don't waste your time your money. You will experience delays in your treatment because of incompetent staff that can't seem to order your medication and have it sent to you on time. So you will constantly be restarting then stopping then restarting then stopping treatment. So you will never experience the full relief of treatment. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Low-T Center.
