I have been reading the existing reviews to get a sense of this company. Most of them come from C Springs. I had my initial consultation in Westminster. Some thingswere different. were the same some different. Different: I only saw females, my test treatment was only 40% effective (not sure how the nurse determined this; after ten minutes she asked to see and hold my erection which was evident but not hard enough to be useful; she determined after 10 minutes it was 30% and I waited another ten minutes for another examination... read more

Got a standard PR response from Jeff the owner. 2 months now with no contact and haven't received anything I supposedly paid for - isn't that fraud?. An honest, ethical company would offer a FULL refund instead of ghosting me for 2 months. I have found another provider and simply want a FULL refund since no services have been provided.

All I can say is these guys must be thankful that Colorado doesn't a right to rescission law like most states. In my case, I lost my applicator while moving to Colorado. I went 2 weeks without any T which is not fun, let me tell you. Major brain fog, aches, pains etc... I signed up for the extended program for the "discount". After about a year the program was not working for me. When I told them I was discontinuing the program, and they reimbursed me at the rate of a short program. Felt deceived. Also, it took them over TWO MONTHS to get my reimbursement. Total BS. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

Started out good. Lots of communication from their office, while sorta feeling like I was dealing with a used car salesman. A bit too eager for the sale. At first they seemed to care a lot about my health and the Testosterone treatment. After 7 months I Never heard from them again. They got their $2200. Eleven and a half months in and no one has reached out. For a premium price I expected good service. Would not recommend to anyone. Go online and you can get the same testosterone treatment for half the price.

I visited the Castle Rock Rocky Mountain Men's clinic on May 22nd. I ordered ED medication and was told I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Today is 18 days later and I have NOT received my medication. It appears this company over promises and UNDER delivers! Joe T.

Absolutely crooked business. Made it sound magical to get me signed up. A month later when things started to go bad with the test shots, they "forgot" to let me know I needed to donate blood to get my blood thickness down. Same thing following month. Was convinced to transition to peptide which was like shooting up water. Took four months to get a response to cancel only to be told my refund was nearly nothing because the cost of the meds "change". I spent $2100.00 only to have to go to 1780 S Bellaire St to get the pills and shots.three or four at a time . After one year their manager bullied me and refused to give me more shots only pills . Never went back. Do not use this clinic. You can go on line and purchase effective treatments at a fraction of the cost that works very effectively. Pete
