It's closer to a used car lot or supplement store than anything clinical. They want you to pay thousands of dollars up front before doing anything (I am good with paying in cash for services, just not before they do anything for me). They hold your lab results until you opt into their "Plan," which is just asking a few thousand dollars up front before knowing what you actually need. They have a salesperson come in after your blood is drawn who is overly pushy and acts like she is trying to make a car sales, then tries to ups... read more

Don't waste your time your money. You will experience delays in your treatment because of incompetent staff that can't seem to order your medication and have it sent to you on time. So you will constantly be restarting then stopping then restarting then stopping treatment. So you will never experience the full relief of treatment. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Low-T Center.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! They're horrible people. Do not say you haven't been warned. Trust me you will regret your decision and be stuck. They're liars and scammers.

You call leave messages and no one returns your call!! Left a message with a rep still no call back!!

I have been a patient for almost a year and I'm not happy with the service. Especially for the 2 year contract, and the cost, that I am held captive to. The treatment had been only slightly effective. When I asked about trying a different treatment, they said not an option without paying more money. Another disturbing point is with the level of service. I knew I was just a number when they didn't check up on you with a simple phone call. after signing contract shipments were late and sometimes not even sent yet. was offered extensions to contract for constant errors on there part and extensions weren't honored at end of contract. people answering phones extremely rude and unprofessional

First of all Testosterone has helped the quality of life I am living, so thank you for helping me on my journey. Once you start feeling better (1 year) the policies changed in Fort Collins under a nazi lady making protocals to call her own. My Testosterone was held randsome until I had a phlebotomy. I had to make a special trip to get that done and they said they would release my order. Then once I gave my blood and I was told I had to go back into the office to have it checked again. UPDATE: For anyone reading this...Jeff (the founding partner and CEO, and the one claiming people are misrepresenting the business here with their reviews) responded to my email with a phone call proclaiming that they should have charged me MORE, and threatening a lawsuit if I didn't remove my review. In my opinion, this is one of the most unethical companies you can entangle yourself with...I recommend that you stay far away. And I await your lawyer's phone call, Jeff. You guys keep saying this. Here are the facts from beginning to end. I came in for a consultation, all of your ads claim a $99 first visit that is FREE if the trial dose doesn't work. It didn't work, I was told by your sales person that it just needed to be tweaked and your practice would work tirelessly to get the formula right. I was promised that once it worked It would be so effective that if I took a dose and my house caught on fire the fire department would come and I'd still be erect because it worked that good.
