First of all, they must be making a lot of $$$ to pay for all the ads and new locations. When they say they have treatments for when pills don't work, they generally mean injections, and we're not talking about into the shoulder. Don't get me wrong, these medicines can and do work for many men when pills fail, but there is more to the story. I had heard radio ads for Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic and wanted to give it a try, feeling a bit lethargic and not able to lose some belly fat. The treatment seems to be going ok, and I do feel better. But this is the most expensive testosterone place in Colorado. Maybe there weren't competitors for awhile, but now that there are, you can get the same thing for half the price. The testosterone they gave me gave me respiratory problems I spoke to the doctor and she took me off of it and now no one will get in touch with me to close my case they gave me health problems and they still want to take my money no one will call me back to end my case this is very frustrating it seems like they care about money more than my life.

I received treatment from them for a month and found that it was not for me. I then cancelled my membership with them and it has now been over 65 days since cancellation and I am unable to get ahold of anyone at the clinic. They will not answer my phone calls or respond to my voicemails. I am now stuck with a huge loan that they promised I could cancel. Going to have to get my lawyer involved to get this resolved. Stay away from this clinic!

I tried the service and went with another provider. I setup a loan payment plan and they were unable to cancel it. I called 7+ times and emailed numerous times and Mark never returned my emails or calls. It ended up destroying my credit, marking it down 70 points because they are unable to stop the loan even though they told me they would. Im still being charged.

I have no complaint about the medical service of RMMC. I was treated professionally and competently and received advice and an effective treatment plan including injectables. But the financial end of the transaction has been a nonstop parade of problems. I have good credit and money in the bank. But the amateurish finance company that RMMC insists on using has repeatedly botched my payments, delayed action, and failed to respond to correspondence. Watch out the customer service at this company is disgusting. I was talked over and rudely talked to. First they would not provide my husband with the treatment that he paid for, they would send items late or not at all. Than after my husband exhausted talking to many people (obviously getting frustrated) they decided to "terminate" the contract and take the money he spent. Just be careful with this place they are disgusting l.
The appointment was great until the business manger talked about payment at the end. I was told when I made the appointment that the office visit & labs would be $99. I assumed that I would be purchasing any needed medication from them at a reasonable price. He said they only used long term treatment plans. In my case yearly at $2,800/year.
