Waste of time. Drove from Fort Collins to be told they couldn't help us, instead of just saying that over the phone. Will not return, would not recommend.

Warning: Be very, very careful about doing business with Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic. Their business model isn't illegal, but it's certainly not ethical either. The $99 come-on that you hear in the radio advertisements is just that--a come-on. It's meant to get you in the door so that the staff can hammer you with their used car/time-share salesman techniques. The clinic is less concerned with your medical well-being and more concerned with getting you to sign up for an outrageously priced health-care subscription. At RMMC... read more

Hello Jim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We value all comments, good and bad, and always take it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Our goal is that every patient that visits one of our clinics gets the best information and service. This is very important to us as demonstrated by having satisfactorily treated thousands of men for Low-Testosterone and other men's sexual health issues right here in the Front Range. And from virtually all of those patients, we consistently receive high marks f... read more

What a joke. I went to Rocky Mountian more than a year ago, met with a MA I believe, then was injected in my penis by another person. Then a PA came in and talked to me. I never received an erection but was checked every 5 mins. Then came the salesman, with the hard sale. I decided to get the 3-month package. I had no idea in order to use their product I would have to give myself a shot in my penis. When it came to getting refills of meds and needles, nobody knew my dosage or the settings on the injector. Every time i... read more

Please read this review before considering going to this location. After the treatment I received I went through and read what everyone else posted and all the one star reviews are spot on. The people in this clinic care only about themselves and money. In fact they lied to my face on direct question that put my health at risk just so they could make a buck. Do not trust them!

This review is for the Colorado Springs location. Due to Diabetes, I have started experiencing ED this past year. An online appointment was scheduled for an initial visit by my Wife for Nov. 11th 2019. Before the appointment, I started doing research on RMMC online and saw various review pages. After reading more negative than positive reviews via Yelp and other sites like the BBB I decided to go another route and just talk more with my Primary physician. Though my appointment was scheduled, I was called before (understa... read more

JL, thank you for your feedback. It is not our intent to annoy you with phone calls and we apologize it has been perceived that way. Once we have tried three or four times to reach someone who has requested an appointment, we ask in the voicemail to call us back or email us to let us know you aren't interested and we will take you off our follow up list. If you would like your name and phone number removed, simply email patientcare@rmmensclinic.com and we'll have it removed.

One of my best friends was duped by this clinic. He heard the ad on the radio, thought it was legit. He bought into the annual contract. He never has received the injections he supposedly needs, but they have his money to the tune of thousands. He can't get anyone on the phone or is person that will help him. He's always told the order is being procesed and will ship soon. He is retaining a lawyer to see what his options are. This is nothing more than a slick scam. The reviews are true, buyer beware.

Business response:

Trina, thank you for sharing your comments with us. We sincerely apologize for this experience. This should not happen. If he can contact us at patientcare@rmmensclinic.com, this message will be received by one of our managers and I assure you we will make everything right for him.

Beware, Rocky mountain Mens clinic is all about money. As long as they get it from you they dont care how well your treatment works. They take a $50 bottle of Testosterone and mark it up a 1,000%. They place peoples treatment on hold based off something called Hematocrit, which the results are based off a device called a Hemacue which shows inaccurate results. It wasnt even designed to read this value, but was made to read Hemoglobin, two separate values. Then after not being able to get their Testosterone for a length... read more

Business response:

Thank you Evie for your comments and feedback. It is difficult to determine the true nature of your complaint but we would like to resolve any issues for the patient that I'm assuming came to us for treatment. If you or the patient would simply email patientcare@rmmensclinic.com, we can follow up and solve your issue. I would also like to clear up some of your misconceptions. First, we do not markup bottles of Testosterone 1,000%. Our services are all encompassing and include medication, supplies, bloodwork collecte... read more

What a SCAM. They will run you through multiple people and their answer is ALWAYS your t-levels are probably low. They will charge you $2400 for a year of testosterone. When they do send it to you, of course it is not enough for 2-3 mos, so you have to call and go through the usual drill. They will increase the testosterone. SCAM. They will give you some Viagra, ...., then tell you its $800 a month for more pills. Im not into it 6 mos yet and so frustrated. Oh yeah, everyone you meet will tell you they are on testostero... read more

Had an appointment here, felt very comfortable talking with the intake gentleman. However after reading these reviews I never undertook treatment and instead purchased a home gym system to work out since I don't have time for the gym. I'm 30 years old and my testosterone levels felt low compared to my early twenties but one week of excercise and he's at full attention again on command. Comes down to taking care of yourself people- that's why the RMMC has a board member answering reviews. What a scam and joke and they will be... read more
