Let me start by saying that I am a real customer and the following is simply my opinion about the experience. As you walk into the office it does not feel like a doctors office. I thought, OK, not the end of the world. When finally taken back to an 'examination' room, you are interviewed by someone who obviously has no 'professional' medical credentials. This place is a freaking joke. A friend of mine went in and was talked into a 1 year package. He had 5 different people talking to him and he said he felt like he was buying a car with all the pressure. They knew about his high blood pressure and still talked him into a package. He started.the regimen and within 1 a month and a half his blood pressure shot up and his hands and feet swelled up like balloons. His dr told him it was an allergic reaction and to stop immediately. I should have looked deeper into the previous reviews before going to this clinic and paying for treatment which I don't think has really improved my condition enough. Not all is bad here just very disorganized and lack of good communication and or office management. You may find that if your treatment is not working or you have concerns, either nobody knows what to do or they put it back on you and why not the money is already paid up front. We went there, and they sent in five different men, one at a time. They kept promising to eventually draw blood, and perform tests to see where my boyfriend was at with his levels. Instead they sent in one guy after another till we were exhausted and frozen (the room was like an icebox). The last guy finally came in with a blank sheet of paper, and listed out the plans and then said we need to choose from 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. I had heard of this place on a local radio station and thought it would be a good place to try. So I went in and paid for the 12 month low T program. I figured I would get my meds every month but instead the program is every 7 weeks or at least that is what they said. It's more like every 2 months. After my first 7 shots I came in for my blood draw, however they couldn't even find me in their system stating that they had a change over in software programs. Save your $99.00. Went to this place and for 2 hours 5 staff members later they give you the Pharma hustle. Suppose to have go fast versions of Viagra, Cialis etc. Offer injections with several ingredients and pledge to work out the right pharma cocktail over time. You will sign multiple wavers in case you stroke, heart attack or death occurs ! Never was presented labels of any of the meds or injectables ! Do not go here. It's been the worst medical related appointments I've ever had. The first appointment I was there they had me wait in an office and someone would come in, then someone totally different would come in that was clueless as to where the last person left off. One of the staff set a 10 minute timer to come check on me after dosing me with a test medication. I heard the timer go off but no one came in to see me for 22 minutes. There are many problems, with Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic,.. extremely high pressure sales. no refunds, staff is rude, unknowledgeable about products, you get a different, answer from staff with any questions,..some of the staff is argumentative when you ask questions, ... they will change your prescription dosage on you, with out any notice or consultation. I went to Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic after hearing about it on the radio. Mike Rosen and Rick Lewis can't be wrong. Right? Anyway, I met with a salesman, I mean assistant, who took some info. and made me fill out some forms. Along with the forms, I gave him a detailed list of prescriptions I was taking, hoping the doctor would review them to see if these could be the cause of my ed.
