Good place to help if you need TRT. Go right to the injections, don't waste your time with the cream, it doesn't work.

Extremely missing leading on what you are signing up for and will take your money even if you are not receiving treatment. Even when cancel they tack on even more payments. Highly recommend never signing up for anything with them and going to your primary physician instead. Horrible experience.

They do not disclose everything. I had side effects to the treatment and when I quit, they would not honor the refund that was promised if I signed up for 1 year. After reading all of the other complaints, I wish I would have seen these before I started with them. My next stop will be with the local Attorney General and share all of these same complaints. Companies should not go unchecked, especially with medical services.
This place is a scam! Do not buy into their you can cancel the program at any time! They charged my husband 2300.00 to cancel after one office visit and one month supply of testosterone. Never once called him to come back in we called multiple times to no return phone calls to just pay for those and cancel the 6000.00 program and crickets! They hard sell you and could care less after they get you to sign a 6000.00 credit loan that gets them paid asap they are in this to just get the money and that is all they care about! These people are professional thieves. I feel like a stupid ass for getting involved with them. First of all they have you open an account with Credit Care for almost 7000.00 dollars and after 7 months of service I was told by my doctors at the VA my red blood cell count was elevated to the point that I was in danger of having a heart attack or stroke, as well as the clinic it's self telling me that my PSA level was over 7 at which point they told me that I needed to wait for 2 weeks before they would give me anymore medicat... read more

All of the Tri-State Men's Health other sites fall under the same main office. I experienced the same billing scam from the Beavercreek location. See details below. Plus the fraudulent test results to rope me in to their program. An investigation needs to be opened. Also going to court. Read others reviews concerning billing scam. This place is a scam. Giving Tri State a 1 and would give a zero if I could. Visited them and paid for a year of TRT therapy. Before I could even get my first order, I moved to Pittsburgh. Messaged Tri State several times asking for a refund since I did not order any meds nor receive any services beyond the 1st consult. Basically, they refused to offer any sort of refund and said I would need to drive 3 hours for treatment. Not happy that I paid nearly $2400 and received nothing. Nothing but a scam cancelled my services after 1 month due to getting laid off at work. They told me i'd have one payment to make after cancellation but they've stuck me with a 1,000$ bill and i'm not even currently receiving medication from them. Save your time and go to a real hospital if you're having issues with your testosterone these people are just looking for your money.

I started services for a TRT program. The monthly charge was $185.99. They told me I can stop at any time. After about 7 months of service I went into the office to cancel services. I then received a bill of an additional $1,100 after cancelling my services. This company is quick to sign you up and doesn't tell you anything about fees owed when stopping services.
