It has been over a month of canceling my service and I still have yet to get the refund I was promised of the remaining charges for the scam of a service they tricked me into. I want to give this place 0 stars and report them.

All of the Tri-State Men's Health other sites fall under the same main office. I experienced the same billing scam from the Beavercreek location. See details below. Plus the fraudulent test results to rope me in to their program. An investigation needs to be opened. Also going to court. Read others reviews concerning billing scam. This place is a scam. Giving Tri State a 1 and would give a zero if I could. Visited them and paid for a year of TRT therapy. Before I could even get my first order, I moved to Pittsburgh. Messaged Tri State several times asking for a refund since I did not order any meds nor receive any services beyond the 1st consult. Nothing but a scam cancelled my services after 1 month due to getting laid off at work. They told me i'd have one payment to make after cancellation but they've stuck me with a 1,000$ bill and i'm not even currently receiving medication from them. Save your time and go to a real hospital if you're having issues with your testosterone these people are just looking for your money.

I started services for a TRT program. The monthly charge was $185.99. They told me I can stop at any time. After about 7 months of service I went into the office to cancel services. I then received a bill of an additional $1,100 after cancelling my services. This company is quick to sign you up and doesn't tell you anything about fees owed when stopping services. Went to the initial appointment to get my T levels checked and I was very turned off by their high pressure sales pitch and pressure to sign a contract and swipe my credit card right there in the patient room. I declined their service and scheduled with Central Ohio Urology and am much happier and the T shots are considerably less expensive.

I wish this would be different, but this business is a scam. I went there for some real issues and need some help. I received a through exam and what seems to be a legitimate consultation, however there was a push toward trying various medications to see what will work over the course of the next week. I agreed to this and then was introduced to my point of contact with the office. 1. They Do not explain side effects of medicine they provide. 2. They do not explain that you send questions via their patient portal, and they respond on another app on your phone (I didn't receive any messages). 3. If you disagree with them, they send in a person who is very aggressive to intimidate the patient. For my safety, I felt the need to leave the office.
