Good place to workout. Decent machines, lots of half racks and dumbbells. Areas for children, classes for old people, cycling / treadmill room with movies playing on a big screen. Private changing areas and individual showers. Only 3 things about this gym that would make it better: a pool, a sauna, and more machines because sometimes it gets crowded and you have to wait.

I love this gym!!! Everything is so clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. It helps motivate me to go to the gym when my kids ask everyday if we can go so they can go to the kids room.

I've been coming here since 2022 and this is my favorite YMCA in Colorado Springs! 🩷✨ I'm very reliant on gym daycare in order to be able to workout and this location have the best in the area. As far as child care facilities, I think there are other branches that have better stuff for to do for kids, but those one is the best for the reason that this seems to be the cleanest and have the least likely odds of your kid catching anything in the daycare and getting sick 🤔🦠 —not to mention the child care workers here are ver... read more

Private dressing rooms alone are worth 5 stars. The staff is amazing, attentive and willing to help. The gear is new, and well maintained. Being the Y, a lot more family friendly.

Good gym for lifting, but the treadmills are trouble. I had one start reducing speed in its own while at 1.3 miles into my 5k benchmark run. Today, I was running at a slow 11:20 pace when the treadmill abruptly stopped and said it was resetting. This would have been dangerous if I were running a fast pace. I’m sure that they’re fine to walk on, but if you’re a (relatively slow) runner like me, they seem to have problems. Overall very clean with friendly staff and good weight equipment.
