I've been coming here since 2022 and this is my favorite YMCA in Colorado Springs! 🩷✨ I'm very reliant on gym daycare in order to be able to workout and this location have the best in the area. As far as child care facilities, I think there are other branches that have better stuff for to do for kids, but those one is the best for the reason that this seems to be the cleanest and have the least likely odds of your kid catching anything in the daycare and getting sick 🤔🦠 —not to mention the child care workers here are ver... read more
I embarked on my fitness journey little over 3 years ago, during that time here at YMCA at first and main not only have I saw tremendous amounts of self growth and improvement, but I have also made many friends. Happy to come to this clean and easy to use space! How cool is the cinema room; get a kicks ass workout and not even feel it because you’re enjoying g a cool movie. The local Pickleball community is very kind and welcoming. Get ready to learn, have fun compete in a nontoxic environment.
After a year of thinking about it and wanting to overcome my gym anxiety, I bought personal training packages when they were on sale for the new year. I wanted a female trainer and was contacted by Sunny and it’s the best decision I could’ve made and I regret not doing it sooner. I went from having so much gym anxiety that I walked in several times and it felt too busy so I left, and now I’ve been going on my own when it’s busy and doing the plan from Sunny. She’s a great trainer and helped me so much!
Got kicked out for having a conversation on the phone. The tall male trainer with tattoos came up to me during my workout and told me I couldn’t be on the phone …. Would give this place 0 stars. But I worked in customer service for so long. I don’t want it to affect the owner. I’ve worked out my whole life and never been treated like this at the gym. Sorry to the owner but I was spending $120 a month to get that kind of treatment. I’m out.
