I feel this place should get all the 1 star reviews. We were bummed about the slide other wise I would do a 5 start. The staff were super friendly and made our time super great. We did my sons birthday party here, the staff put our cake in the fridge so I appreciate that. Im happy they changed the block times, I was ok with the breaks they had, fave the kids time to rest and water up. I would come back just hope the slide is working.

It’s good until they kick you out every 2 hrs make you completely pack up and stand in line outside again for 30 mins before opening again, claiming it’s “cleaning”. Last year they kicked people out every two hours and claimed it was a capacity issue. This year even when they are not at full capacity it’s for cleaning. Highly recommend their manager figure out how to manage their pool better. Every Other pool in the city has it figured out. What a bummer.

This is our favorite outdoor Y pool to visit, even though it’s a 30 minute drive for us. They’ve made positive changes over the years to honor Y members and people who buy pool passes, like adding the fast pass a few years ago and updating this year’s reservation system to be for pool pass holders only. Verify prior to arrival that they have working water slides and sprayers. Staff did not mention on the phone or at check in that both water slides were broken. Kids could still try to use the small water slide but without running water, it’s painful to slide down without water.

Very underwhelming. I called ahead to see if it was open because the website said it was closed but Google said it was open. They did tell me it was open and the line starts at 2.. but failed to mentioned all water features did NOT work. They still charge full price and no refunds. The deepest the water goes is maybe 4 feet. Took my whole family to swim in a kiddie pool... They could have at least told us on the phone, I would have never wasted my money, time or patience.
