It’s good until they kick you out every 2 hrs make you completely pack up and stand in line outside again for 30 mins before opening again, claiming it’s “cleaning”. Last year they kicked people out every two hours and claimed it was a capacity issue. This year even when they are not at full capacity it’s for cleaning. Highly recommend their manager figure out how to manage their pool better. Every Other pool in the city has it figured out. What a bummer.
Ok, SO came for the first time this morning to this pool. Got here when they opened. Paid $45 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Wasn’t aware that ALL water slides were off etc and they have “sessions” for 2.5 hours ( if you get in right when the session starts) your lucky to swim for 2.5 hours before they make you pack up and leave for 30 minutes before the next 2.5 hour session. First time at this pool… Better come with cash & change for bigger bills for vending machines because they don’t have change. Also bring your own drinks or they will tell you to door dash them because the vending machines are sold out. There’s snacks but ZERO DRINKS!! Not one place to get water here. . Which is absolutely crazy!! Employees tell you only way for drinks is door dash or leaving.. Pool is normally warm this time is was freezing. The big slide and the whirlpool weren't working. Which are the main reasons we go. Bummed about that. They didn't tell us we couldn't use out pool floats till the kids were getting in the water. Not sure why no one told us anything while checking in. Normally we don't have to get out for the next block hours if there isn't a line. So we were confused when they made us pack up and get out to get back in line when no one else was inline. Place is going down hill.
TLDR: about a hundred of us stood in line in 90 degree weather for an hour and a half for a big fat nothing burger. Don’t waste your time, unless you want to be stuck with pouting kids. Literally every time we try to go there, they turn us away because they are “at capacity.” UPDATE: We showed up twenty minutes early to make sure we would get in.
