This place is such a scam. They have multiple woman greet you, all young of course, keep you there for 30 minutes while they draw blood and test your level, then it comes: the full court, high pressure, sales attempt to try to get you pay $2600 to $5500 upfront for testosterone and vitamin treatment. Total waste of time and money!! Run fast.
Might be a great place, asked about insurance, because for some reason they have a paid sponsorship when searching for locations that accept, the first person said yeah great question... Well no it's a no. They will tell you you have to call for reimbursement please don't go assuming your insurance will pay they will not and if the do not in full and not for 8months try a location that doesn't pay for advertisement a medical office that advertise is not a good one normally.
Way overpriced and they gouge you if you decide to stop. Also just got an email from the pharmacy they use stating a recall for infertility concerns, wow
Horrible experience with this company. They are thieves! Thy only sent me treatments for 24 weeks, but charged me for a whole year. Brooke didn't want to make it right either, she made me feel like it was my fault I'm getting chared and not getting medication. Do your research, there are much better, and affordable companies out there like hone health trt, and Henry meds.
My husband has been a patient at Tri-State for close to 6 months now. He is on testosterone and peptides. We wanted to wait to review to make sure we saw genuine results. Staff is so great and clear on what to expect and when to expect it. I highly recommend going with your husband to the appointment.
