I love the aerobics class. The warm water is really nice. My grandson broke his foot at one of there kids events and didn't call his mom. Just let him keep playing on a broken foot. I will never take my grandson to there kids event again. The staff didn't know his foot was broken he still played. We are just furious that they didn't call his mom when it happened and assumed he was ok. Now he is in a cast for 8 weeks. I wouldn't recommend the kids events especially when you leave them alone.
Nice facility overall, but the guest policy feels outdated and overly restrictive compared to most gyms today. Hard to justify paying for a membership when you can barely bring someone with you. For adults especially, it makes the membership feel less flexible and less competitive than other local options.
TLDR: pool experience was a mess today, will stick to other areas locations for a while! Pool has been really disappointing lately. Random areas of the pool closed but not enforced to all patrons (my son and I were asked to move but another parent and a smaller child immediately swam there). The pool and hot tub were not that bad. Although one thing happened that has made me not come here, my daughter did the swim test, and they failed her because she couldn't float on her back. She did everything else very well though. I find it unacceptable to fail a child because they can't float on their back, and i truly believe if they can float normally, they will be fine.
Lifeguard Kevon L. was extremely attentive to the children playing in the pool. When he noticed that some were playing unsafely he immediately called for them to correct the behavior; when the children didn’t listen he followed through and removed them from the pool. Thank you for keeping our pools and children safe! You rock!
