I have been a patient at Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic for over 3 months now. I have been very impressed with the quality of their care and service. One person I would single out for special recognition is Maria. She runs the front desk and is the first person you meet when entering the clinic. She is always pleasant and business like. Do not waste your money coming here!!! They charged my husband over 3500 for a product he could not use. He did one injection, got an allergic reaction, clearly visible. You dont need to go to the ER to get diagnosed or primary care. He knows his body. I work in Healthcare. I know an allergic reaction when I see it. If was a life or death situation yes. Go to the emergency. We sent the product back, let the clinic know. They had him go in two times to ask why he didn't want the product, he explained the same thing over and o... read more
I’ve been visiting this place for about six months now, and the process is just perfect! I have a hectic work schedule, but I can always swing by whenever I need to. There’s never a wait, and I’m in and out in no time. Vicky did my draw today, and she was fantastic—so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for HRT.
Visited here in December to get my T levels tested. I was utterly shocked at the results. I asked if there are any lifestyle factors or diet changes that I could make to improve my levels and the doctor reassured me vehemently that TRT/prescription therapy was the only thing that could ever improve my numbers. Been going to this location 1-2 times a week since April of last year and haven't had a bad experience. All the staff is professional, caring and friendly. Maria is the nicest person ever and has always remembered my name when I walk in the door and welcomes me in with a smile. It feels like I know many of the staff on a more personal and friendly level which makes appointments much easier to go to than if I was walking into a stiff clinic that just wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
