The staff was awesome! As soon as we walked in it was genuinely amazing. For our first visit we had no complaints! The welcoming the smiles the sincerity from every one. Great experience, my husband had an appointment and I was there to support him. Everyone was very welcoming, kind and enthusiastic to help. They all were very knowledgeable of their products, and always mentioned caring for our health and that was their top priority. At the end I walked out as a customer as well and I can’t wait to see how the products work, and how it makes us feel. Thank you Ricky and your whole team!
I have been to multiple clinics over the last 25 years… NE Men’s Health is by far the most thorough and genuinely compassionate clinic I have ever been involved with. The staff welcomes you like your family and treats you like you’re a human being not a number. They truly care about you and your health concerns. Everyone I have referred to NE men’s health absolutely loves the staff and has had the same experience. I consider them friends at this point.
I had a great experience at Northeast Men’s Health! The staff here are super friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. They really take the time to listen and explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. Scheduling was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. You can tell everyone here actually cares about their patients and wants you to feel your best. Extremely professional and friendly staff, wait times are minimal, and everything explained to you in easy to understand language, no medical jargon that you can't understand. The follow up is awesome, they'll call or message to find out how you're doing and if you have any questions. Oh!! did I mention you can ask as many questions as you want to?
