The staff was awesome! As soon as we walked in it was genuinely amazing. For our first visit we had no complaints! The welcoming the smiles the sincerity from every one. The staff at this location are amazing!!! They treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. They seem to genuinely care about helping you get better. They answered any question I had and made it easy to talk about the issues I was there to address. Great experience all around, I would definitely recommend to others!!
The staff is always pleasant, professional, and attentive. You are consistently greeted with a warm smile, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. All of my visits have been positive experiences, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided.
I have been to multiple clinics over the last 25 years… NE Men’s Health is by far the most thorough and genuinely compassionate clinic I have ever been involved with. The staff welcomes you like your family and treats you like you’re a human being not a number. They truly care about you and your health concerns. Everyone I have referred to NE men’s health absolutely loves the staff and has had the same experience. I consider them friends at this point.
Rich, the Doc & Jamie all of them a class act. I haven’t met everyone but I’ll tell you this the people I was l fortunate enough to meet treated me like a friend, made me comfortable were easy to talk and truly understood and cared about my health, and dignity. Took time to make sure I understood what my options were, let me leave with my head held high.
