I have been doing Testosterone therapy since March on 2024 and I have had a great experience. They text me to remind me to get my PSA's checked and worked with me on the treatment plan. everyone has been wonderful to deal with I would highly recommend them!

Had a medical problem with my injection site.Called and cancel my service.Went to Dedham location to sign the paperwork.Sign said it would take a month or two.Have been waiting since about may or June no refund.When I text them they said it has to a couple of layers to get refunded.Still nothing be careful

I had signed up for TRT in Dec 23 for a 3yr plan and was on it for 6 months. During that time I was prescribed additional meds as I wasn't getting the proper reaction I was hoping for. I then developed severe acne that they then wanted to prescribe even more meds to handle. I still was not getting any noticeable benefit so I decided that I wanted to stop the treatments. Stay away deceptive advertising. It's a scam to get you on an exspensive monthly plan.
Came in because I was concerned about my Low-T symptoms I was experiencing. It became very clear that they have one goal and one goal only which is sell products. I should've listened to my gut when it felt like I was being sold a time share. Without even showing my test results I was told I have low T and need TRT immediately.
