10/10 this place is amazing. They care about getting you to feel good! Ive been with them about a year now. Theyve worked with me to find a sweet spot for medications and have been extremely helpful with any questions or potential medication needed. Its been a huge difference maker in my quality of life. Went from not being able to get out of bed to not taking a single day for granted. Worth every penny. Katie, Nicole and Ken are amazing humans along with everyone else there!
Staff is nice at the office. However, I would recommend saving thousands of dollars and work with your endocrinologist. Even if you have to tell them you tried men’s health or one of these placed first to get them to work with you. My estrogen numbers were all over the place with NE men’s health. I spent a lot of money to feel worse. The person I spoke to did little to help me financially when my doctor suggested I stopped working with them. Predatory! My partner went in for HELP expecting a blood draw and consult. Instead he got a timeshare style pitch for TRT. He mentioned to staff that we're trying to have a kid and the salesperson laughed "oh you'll definitely get her pregnant because you'll be having so much more sex." My partner lacks the medical context to know that TRT makes men infertile.
