Came in because I was concerned about my Low-T symptoms I was experiencing. It became very clear that they have one goal and one goal only which is sell products. I should’ve listened to my gut when it felt like I was being sold a time share. Without even showing my test results I was told I have low T and need TRT immediately. BEWARE!!! TRT was the right choice; this clinic was not. Matt in the Dedham office assured me that if and when I needed to stop treatment, they would happily refund the unused portion of services. When that happened, they stated that they would prorate based on how long any medications received would last. In my case, they said that my medication would last another 3 months, so they wanted 3 months’ payment for a medication that costs a fraction of the price if someone were to pay out of pocket with a prescription.
