This staff is the absolute best. I call them more than my primary care physician. Staff is super kind, understanding helpful and professional. I highly recommend this office to any man over the age of 35 who wants to feel amazing.

I go to the Dedham site. It's been a great experience. Total difference from where I was 2 years ago. Staff there is great and very professional.

I was seen at the Marlborough MA office. Plenty of parking and very nice customer service. The PA answered every question that I needed. They have a wide variety of services available from ED, low T, weight loss and much more. This is based on a subscriber service plan. 3000/YR, 5000/2yr, 6000/3yr. The price increases with each service you had. Addressing this with your primary care position would probably be able to get you the similar products for a cost much more reasonable. Best place around for men who don't get the attention they need from their pcp. They are very attentive to all my needs and questions and I can show up without an appointment! Highly recommended

Lets face it, ED is not a popular subject and it can be an embarrassing subject but this place is great. Not only do they put you at ease and are proud you took the steps to come in and get tested, they walk you through step by step of their process, how you will be tested and what to expect. The testing is pretty comprehensive and takes a bit over 1 hour and the staff here is awesome and knows their stuff. The Northeast Men's Clinic is a very professional, clean , comfortable, discreet facility. It is easy to get to, and there is parking at the door. The staff is friendly and supportive. The nurse is wonderful - very competent and caring. Having experienced major depression ten years ago which wiped out my (previously very healthy) libido, I tried various remedies - my primary care physician said my T-level was "low normal" (230) ,and he gave me a three month (once-a-month) T-treatment (via injection) which did absolutely ... read more
The medication they prescribed for me was a 6 month dose. After one dose, I became violently ill and could not get out of bed for 5 days. I asked for my prescription to be canceled. After going back and forth a few times they said "you enrolled for 6 months and can continue your treatment. We will not refund your money". I was more than happy to pay for what I was issued/used without hesitation. They were unwilling to help me and said I am responsible for the whole 6 months. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
