My sister and I went to Magnum Shooting Center today for the very first time, and it did not disappoint. Every single staff member was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took their time helping us find the right equipment and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before we started. First indoor range I've been to since moving here. Great range for being indoors: allows rapid fire, safety is paramount. Their RSOs will talk to you for "little things" that "don't matter" but they actually do matter. Also, I asked to get one of their Glock stickers even though I didn't buy a Glock from them and they happily gave it to me, that meant a lot as an owner of two!

Update: we weren't taken inside to shoot at noon time (12 PM) as reserved by my friend who's a member. It was closer to 1 pm when they let us inside. We were also told by the range person that they don't have two lanes available which my friend reserved but he'll give us two. Weird, why overbooked. He initially asked me not my friend about membership, which my friend confirmed she's a member and booked few days earlier. Did he ask other people around us about their membership? Magnum Shooting Center is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Huge shout-out to Matt for taking the time to explain the membership program in detail and clearly outlining the benefits and cost savings. Walked in to find a decent rifle, will be walking out with a great deal after the waiting period. Spoke with Will, who helped me out a ton and offered some great advice. He talked me into getting a membership, which, with the 10% discount and reduced New Member fee, means I only spent $6 on a membership, and got a great rifle. I absolutely recommend this location, everyone there was super welcoming and helpful. Thanks, Will!
