I have been with 2 other men's health services, and both were garbage. Found Heartland Men's Health and it has been a great experience. The team actually listens to your concerns and sets up a plan that works. I have been a customer for 2 years and just resigned for another 3. The price is definitely more competitive than others and supplies arrive when they are supposed to.
Paid for a years worth of treatments. Went 4 months, did not recieve meds as told. Complained to workers, no change. They got there money and left me out. Wife and I are both upset with service. No good! Now after a couple phone calls, they admitted I had not been in since September, had not received medications as promised. They will talk to main office and see what they can do. Guessing nothing, no one answers my phone we calls now. Yep they got there money and I did not recieve what was promised! Beware!
I was a patient last year. My experience was not a-lot different than Justin Lewis. I did do the 2 year plan and was told I could discontinue and get a refund of what ever I didn't use. That seemed fair and I started. Fairly quickly my blood levels started getting out of balance. They wanted me to have a Phlebotomy and I did. about 2 or 3 weeks later they wanted me to have another one. They said this wasn't all that unusual and to not be concerned. Men’s health and independence were very courteous and sensitive to the issues at hand. I appreciate talking to each one of them and they answered my questions and put me on a good program that hopefully will help me
