I’m forever grateful for this place. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to AMC for making my experience truly exceptional. The customer service is top of the line, and Yolanda, the front desk receptionist, has been a standout in terms of her respectful and phenomenal communication skills, making my experience at the clinic great over three visits. My husband and I are also eagerly awaiting the arrival of our son in four months.

The environment is truly remarkable. After much persuasion, my fiance finally agreed to go in with me present , and he confessed that had he known he would be made to feel so comfortable, he would have scheduled long ago. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Yolanda for her patience and warmth towards my fiance, which has resulted in him feeling confident enough to schedule a future appointment without my accompaniment. I arrived for my first treatment and was met at the door by the 3 people I had met during the first meeting. They were all there when the door opened with warm greetings and Cheshire cat-like smiles. I went for my first shot, took it like a champ, turned and left with " see you next week" from all my greeters. Now we have to see how it works!!!!!!
